Return Policy

We guarantee our products will fit your patio swing, if you have given us the correct measurements and swing model.  We ask for pictures and measurements for all orders to help ensure a correct fit. If we do not receive pictures and/or measurements, we will make to the specifications listed on the website (with a 1/2" variance on all measurements).

If you have a problem with our product, please email or call us within 15 days of delivery of your order. We accept returns if product is not made to the specifications listed (with a 1/2" allowed variance on all measurements).

At the time of your order, we request measurements and pictures of your patio swing to ensure an accurate fit.  We guarantee our products are made to the specifications listed on our website for the model you provided (with a 1/2" allowed variance on all measurements).

If you are unhappy with your product, please email us at help@swingcushionsusa.com to discuss an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).  We will not accept returns without an RMA.

We do not accept returns if our products are made to the specifications listed or the measurements submitted on custom orders (with a 1/2" allowed variance on all measurements).  

Warranties

Sunbrella® Fabric Products

Sunbrella® Fabrics has a 10-year limited warranty and we offer a 5-year limited warranty on workmanship. 

Sunbrella Fabric Warranty - 

Sunbrella® Shade and Marine Fabrics* warranty offers

Sunbrella's 10-year limited warranty protects against Sunbrella® fabric becoming unserviceable due to:

  • Loss of color

  • Loss of strength from normal usage and exposure conditions, from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals, when used for appropriate application

This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation.

 

Awntex Fabrics (Slings)

Awntex (a Sunbrella product)  has a 5-year limited warranty.   Sunbrella's 5-year limited warranty protects against Sunbrella® fabric becoming unserviceable due to:

  • Loss of color

  • Loss of strength from normal usage and exposure conditions, from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals, when used for appropriate application

This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation.

 

Swing Cushions USA Workmanship Warranty

Sunbrella® Fabric Workmanship Warranty - Swing Cushions USA offers a 5-year limited warranty on workmanship on canopies, cushions and other products produced with Sunbrella® Fabric.  

Year 1, Swing Cushions USA will repair, at no cost, any workmanship defect (parts and shipping included) on products produced with Sunbrella® Fabric. Fabric defects are covered under Sunbrella® Fabric.

Years 2-5, Swing Cushions USA will repair, at no cost, any workmanship defect, parts included (Consumer is responsible for shipping) on products produced with Sunbrella® Fabric. Fabric defects are covered under Sunbrella® Fabric.

Awntex® 70 Workmanship Warranty - Swing Cushions USA offers a 5-year limited warranty on workmanship of slings, both basic and futon style.

Years 1-2, Swing Cushions USA will repair, at no cost any workmanship defect (parts and shipping included), on products produced with Awntex® 70 Fabric. Fabric defects are covered under Awntex® 70 Fabric.

Years 3-5, Swing Cushions USA will repair, at no cost any workmanship defect (Consumer is responsible for shipping), on products produced with Awntex® 70 Fabric. Fabric defects are covered under Awntex® 70 Fabric.

 

For all warranty claims, Consumer is required to provide proof and date of purchase. Consumer is required to contact Swing Cushions USA for a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning products.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of Swing Cushions USA products and protects against workmanship becoming unserviceable due to strength loss of parts such as, but not limited to, thread, zippers, binding, etc., from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals.

This warranty covers workmanship only unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation. Swing Cushions USA’s liability is expressly limited to this warranty. Swing Cushions USA reserves the right to inspect the workmanship submitted for claim.
