Awnings fabric warranty

This limited warranty protects the original purchaser should Sunbrella® awning fabric become unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals.

The limited warranty coverage period is ten years from the date of original installation.

This limited warranty covers Sunbrella® awning fabric only. 

This limited warranty is valid with proof of purchase from the original purchaser. This limited warranty does not cover normal fabric care and cleaning; damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation. Glen Raven's liability is expressly limited to this warranty. Glen Raven reserves the right to inspect the fabric submitted for claim.

Consumers and end users: Sunbrella is normally a component of an end product such as an awning.
For warranty service, please contact the fabricator, dealer or retailer from whom you purchased the end product.

Glen Raven will supply new equivalent fabric to replace the fabric that becomes unserviceable. In the first eight years of the warranty period, Glen Raven will provide replacement fabric to the purchaser at no cost. During the ninth year, Glen Raven will provide replacement fabric to the purchaser at the then-current selling price, less a 30% discount. During the tenth year, Glen Raven will provide replacement fabric to the purchaser at the then-current selling price, less a 15% discount. Replacement fabric is warranted under the remaining term of the original warranty.

Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee our product workmanship for one year from date of purchase.  Slings come with a 3 or 5 year warranty (on upgraded fabric) Our product also includes a ten year Sunbrella® fabric warranty.  Warranty claims on Sunbrella® fabric performance does not include labor.  

Return and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition and in its original packaging. If workmanship is the issue we reserve the right to repair or exchange the product. In-stock items have a 10% restocking fee. Custom made products are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned for reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon return and inspection, shipping costs are the responsibility of shipper.   The restocking fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value. Special Order fabric and Customized orders cannot be returned for a refund. Our Customer Care Specialists will be happy to assist you with any return or exchange.  Or, will work with you should you have a warranty claim.
