What is Sunbrella® Fabric?
Sunbrella® Fabrics is a brand name of outdoor fabric. Sunbrella® Fabrics are engineered with robust performance characteristics that provide resistance to fading and degradation from sunlight and chemical exposure. The fabric is tactile yet durable, has industry-leading environmental characteristics, is easy to care for and offers long life durability. Sunbrella® Fabrics come with a 10-year limited warranty.

Are all your cushions and canopies made with Sunbrella® fabric?

Yes. All cushions, canopies, bolsters, and pillows are made with Sunbrella® Fabric. Our slings, both basic and futon style, are available in Awntex® 70 open weave fabric. The Awntex® 70 fabric has a 5-year warranty.

Are your products custom-made?

Yes, each product is made to your specifications when ordered. Depending on the time of year, your order may take 3+ weeks to produce and deliver. If you have a special event and need delivery by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to help you.

Do you make the sling (the support fabric for your cushions)?

Yes. On most patio swing models, the sling can be replaced. Some swing seating units are riveted where the middle horizontal bar connects the seat frame to the backrest frame. In this instance, you will need to drill out a few rivets and replace with a nut and bolt. We have two types of slings: basic style and futon style. Slings are custom made to your frame dimensions. The sling style available is Awntex® 70 open weave fabric. The Awntex® 70 fabric has a 5-year warranty.

What is "filling not provided"?

We have found that it is less expensive for our customers if we provide you with a high quality cushion without the filling.  Our cushions, and other products requiring filling, have zippers for ease of filling. 
Shipping costs have skyrocketed.  Our customers were paying more than $100, at times, to ship cushions with filling.  An oversized package incurs an additional fee for handling.  
Many of the online companies that sell filling or foam shrink wrap their packages allowing for a more reasonable shipping fee.  
Can I buy densified poly fiberfill material for my cushion cover locally?
It is possible to find the densified poly fiberfill material locally. It is available in varying densities and loft. Some upholstery shops will carry it.
Where can I get patio swing parts?
Unfortunately, we do not sell hardware and have not been able to find a company that does. We suggest you try your local hardware store. They, often, can find a fix.   
Do you sell weather protective covers for patio swings?
Unfortunately, we do not.
I can’t remove my cushion from the frame. Do you have a solution?
Yes, we do.
Your original cushion was a combination sling and cushion attaching permanently to your frame. We have redesigned by separating the sling from the cushions. When ordering a sling and cushion from us, your sling now attaches permanently to the frame and your cushions are removable. This allows you to remove during inclement weather and prolonging their life.

We use the least expensive carrier for shipping - UPS or USPS.
